We hope you love your purchase from The Mahjong Lounge. Because many of our products are customized or made especially for you, return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.

 

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

All customized, personalized and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. This includes personalized apparel, custom mats, tiles, bags and accessories featuring custom colors, designs, names, monograms or logos. Please review all names, spelling, colors, sizes and design selections carefully before placing your order.

 

Eligible Non-Custom Products

Non-custom products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, merchandise must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed

• In its original condition and packaging

• Accompanied by the original order information

Before returning an item, email info@themahjonglounge.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping expenses. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

Exchanges

Eligible non-custom products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Customized and made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.

If the item you would like is unavailable, we may issue a refund for the eligible returned merchandise so that you can place a new order.

 

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at info@themahjonglounge.com within five days of delivery. Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has entered production. Customized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
